Cantabrian anchovy fillets "limited series", with their surprising delicacy and fleshiness of the fillets, and the complete lack of acidity make this product a true culinary excellence of the award-winning Codesa brand. Ideal to be enjoyed on slices of crusty bread and butter, or with burrata.
The "limited series" was born from the selection of larger caliber fish, purchased mainly from the ports of Santoña and Laredo in the spring months, when the quality is at the highest levels. Only anchovies caught at dawn are chosen, the freshest and captured before spawning. They arrive at the port and processed after a maximum of 4 hours. After the cleaning treatments, they rest in the cellar for an aging of 8 to 12 months, depending on the size. The tasty fillets that are obtained, completely handmade, by expert and selected staff, are characterized by very high quality and limited quantities. Each box will bear the name of the final controller as a seal of quality.

Preserve it in a cold place, between + 5 ° and + 10 ° C. After opening, it is recommended to keep the anchovies covered with oil in refrigerator and consume the product within a few days.
