Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs 2013 75 cl Louis Roederer
Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2013 Louis Roederer, a simply delicious and refined champagne, with a mineral and velvety taste, with floral and spicy notes.
Champagne Louis Roederer Blanc de Blancs 2013, is characterized by a late vintage that had to face a very long winter but also an equally intense summer, surprisingly sunny, which allowed an excellent maturation of its Chardonnay grapes, giving these wines, elegance and freshness.
The harvest of this Blanc de Blancs 2013 took place in the cool autumn weather of October, to then be subjected to a gentle pressing of the grapes for a more rounded effervescence and an intense color, and a dosage of 8g / l.
The result is an intense yellow Champagne with sparkling reflections and a regular and persistent bubble.
Its aroma recalls that of the pollen of delicate spring flowers, honeysuckle and lily of the valley, citrus notes and toasted aromas of sugared almonds and cereals.
In the mouth it is initially round and fruity, hints that immediately leave room for its mineral and chalky freshness, to then feel rich and velvety.
