An elegant Champagne, deep and endowed with a nice finesse, dedicated to the infamous 007 film with the British actor James Bond.
Produced from 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier grapes with the exclusive use of the cuvée and a dosage of 6/7 grams per liter.
The color of this wonderful Bollinger is golden, with very fine bubbles. The nose releases a beautiful aromatic complexity; ripe fruit and spicy aromas; toasted hints, apples, apple and peach compote.
On the palate it reveals a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity; bubbles like velvet and hints of pear, brioche and spicy aromas, notes of fresh walnut.
