Champagne Blanc de Noir "PN VZ16" 75 cl BollingerBollinger
Champagne PN VZ16, the Blanc de Noir Bollinger produced with Pinot Noir grapes only. Aged for about 4 years it develops an extreme elegance and vivacity, smells of jam, elderflower, with fruity flavors of apricot and acacia.
Bollinger PN VZ16 is a Blanc de Noir champagne born from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Its first edition came out in 2020.
Its grapes come mainly from Verzenay, and to a lesser extent from Aÿ, Bouzy and Tauxières.
This Bollinger PN Champagne is produced using only the cuvée, that is the juice from the first pressing of the berries. The refinement lasts about 4 years before being put on the market, a time that exceeds double the time required by the appellation.
Dosed 7g / l, it is an elegant and lively Pinot Noir at the same time. The color is very clear with golden reflections, the nose is rich and complex with aromas of cherry jam, dried figs and pear that evolve into floral flavors of elderberry with toasted hints. In the mouth it releases all its fruity aromas, from sweet apricot to acacia aromas with a hint of hazelnut.
PN Bollinger is a perfect Champagne to combine with truffle-based dishes, risottos, roasts, legumes or French cheeses, but which can easily remain in the cellar to find it evolved and wonderful even after years.
