Bollinger La Grande Anneè rosé is a perfect champagne, every year it always manages to surprise with its balance and harmony. Produced with grapes from: Aÿ, Avenay, Tauxières, Louvois et Verzenay; a 67% of Pinot Noir, of which 5% vinified in red and added before the draft, and a 33% of Chardonnay. Refines at least 6 years on its own yeasts and is dosed at 8g / l. The bouquet displaces for its finesse and aromatic richness, a beautiful red fruit emerges which then fades into woody notes of spices and cocoa. In the mouth it is taut and vertical, with a slightly hinted tannin and a long savory and mineral finish that leads to a compulsive drink; c’est magnifique.
