Belle Epoque is par excellence the wine symbol of the historic Maison Perrier Jouet. The 2012 is an extraordinary, rich, harmonious Brut Millesimato champagne with an incredible class.
Its blend is characterized by a floral dominance of 50% of Chardonnay, 45% of Pinot Noir and 5% of Pinot Meunier.
After a malolactic fermentation, the refinement takes place on the lees for a period of six years, the time necessary to reach its full expressive evolution and verge on perfection.
In the glass it reveals its straw yellow color with a very fine perlage. The olfactory notes hover between delicate citrus fruits, sweet honeys and refined floral aromas. The taste is enveloping, full, and balanced with a decisive and persistent perlage.
