Les Monets Robion is an organic wine that ages 3 years on the lees and is dosed at 2g / l.

Freshness, tension and flavor characterize the sip, which is truly pleasant and has a very long persistence; on the nose the complexity is very interesting, ranging from notes of white fruit to evolved hints of almond and dried fruit, with mineral and brackish notes in the background.
