Champagne Extra Brut Cuvee 745 75 cl Jacquesson
JacquessonJacquesson is one of the great names of Champagne and its wines are always confirmed at the highest quality levels.
The cuvee 745 is made up of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Nero and 20% Pinot Meunier, and the grapes are harvested in Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers (66%), Avize and Oiry (34%).
A rigorous selection of the grapes generates a low yield but allows to obtain ripe and healthy bunches. The wines are rich and dense and the Cuvée is completed with some "vins de réserve". Jacquesson 745 rests on the lees for 3 years and is dosed extra brut.
It presents itself to the nose with mineral and iodized notes that are the background to very elegant citrus and floral hints. On the palate it is irresistible in its freshness and creaminess, with a fine and persistent bubble that makes the sip extremely pleasant.
