The “Erouva” white grappa is part of Pellegrini's private collection and is produced with pomace of various vines from the Veneto region. After a double distillation it rests for 6 months in aseptic containers and a further month in the bottle. Grappa with a dry and decisive taste, a slight aroma precedes a warm and persistent sip.
