Josko Gravner's Ribolla Gialla is the most sincere and exciting interpretation of this grape variety. The grapes are grown in a natural way and the same goes for winemaking, made without the use of any chemical product. The wine macerates together with its skins, in kept terracotta amphorae and then refines for 6 years in barrels. An orange wine with intense aromas of honey and dried fruit and a rich and unique flavor, with a great structure and an infinite persistence.
