Josko Gravner's Ribolla Gialla is the most sincere and exciting interpretation of this grape variety. The grapes are grown in a natural way and the same goes for the vinification, carried out without the use of any chemical product, together with its own skins, in Georgian terracotta amphorae buried for a few months, to then pass in oak barrels for 6 years. and be bottled without clarification or filtration. An orange wine with intense aromas of honey and dried fruit and a rich and unique flavor, with a great structure and an infinite persistence.
