The Amerigo bronze-drawn egg pasta is created in an artisanal way with a 'triple dough' method containing only Italian raw materials. It is created with slow and low temperature drying to guarantee the integrity of the nutritional values it contains.

This special format called rustiche is a set of three different pasta formats (tagliatelle, tagliatelline and fettuccine), to rediscover the flavor and texture of homemade egg pasta, like that of grandma.
