Valtellina Superiore DOCG Grumello "Gess" 2016 75 cl Dirupi
DirupiThe Valtellina Superiore 2016 DOCG Grumello from the Dirupi winery is a particularly structured red wine with a complex organoleptic content, very deep and intense. To guarantee high quality and an excellent expression of the Valtellinese territory, the grapes used are 100% Chiavennasca.
The Valtellina Superiore 2016 DOCG Grumello from the Dirupi winery was born from the exclusive use of chiavennasca, to best express the whole Valtellinese territory.
The value of this high quality wine is conferred on it by the exclusive manual and careful processing of the vines. As typically happens in the area and given the tortuous conformity of the territory, the grapes are grown in terraces composed of dry stone walls, making the territory workable only by hand and without the aid of any machinery because, given the overall dimensions of these, they are incompatible with the small size of the cultivation spaces.
Its blend makes it particularly tannic and very structured: in the sensorial analysis, its intense and bright red color stands out, accompanied by decisive, fine and elegant aromas and aromas. On the palate it releases intense hints of fruit and plums, flavor and very tannic, giving it an excellent balance between its complex structure and its great freshness. The nose evolves with very delicate floral aromas and secondly has delicate notes of smoked and spices.
To best highlight the particularities of this wine, we recommend pairing with red meats in all preparations, from roasts to boiled meats; game meat; strong mature cheeses and mountain risotto.
