Bolgheri Rosso Ca 'Marcanda is a Tuscan red wine produced by Gaja, a Piedmontese company that has seen a very high potential in the Bolgheri area, thus giving life to Ca' Marcanda, a company with 100 hectares of property, which produces wines of great value, persevering in the traditions of the place and remaining in harmony with the surrounding nature.

This Bolgheri Rosso Ca 'Marcanda can be defined as the greatest expression of the territory, and an identifying symbol of the Tuscan project of Gaja.

The production of Bolgheri Rosso Ca 'Marcanda is characterized by the "Bordeaux blends", that is to say, creating a harmonious blend of the complementary characteristics of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Specifically, the Merlot gives this wine a soft tannin, elegant and fruity notes, the Cabernets give at the same time: structure, herbaceous aromas and marked tannins.

The experience of the company and its setting have made it possible to obtain a wine of the highest quality.

Composed of 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc, this Ca 'Marcanda spends 18 months of aging in barrique and a further 12 months in the bottle before being placed on the market.

In the glass it shows its intense ruby ​​red. The nose immediately perceives the intensity of its aromas of red fruits, spicy aromas and roasted coffee, in the mouth it is balanced smooth and structured.

Perfect match with grilled meats, game or roasts and aged cheeses.
