The Aristide La Giuva is a work of art!

The most important wine of the company is produced with 70% Corvina, 25% Corvinone and 5% Rondinella grapes, and is born in the best years from a careful selection of the most exposed grapes.

In the loft, thanks to the natural currents, its maturation begins and subsequently ferments in tanks. After aging in new French oak barrels for 36 months, it rests in the bottle for at least one year.

Aristide La Giuva is an ethereal wine, with a delicate persistence of black pepper and ripe fruit, a great wine to be tasted calmly, without haste. With a huge evolutionary potential.

Its 17% alcohol content makes it a meditation wine, to be reserved for moments of relaxation, at the end of a meal, accompanied by a cigar or to be paired with structured meat dishes or aged cheeses.
