Brunello Tenuta Nuova di Casanova di Neri is an extraordinary wine. Manual selection of the grapes, spontaneous fermentation and a long aging of 36 months in large barrels and 12 months in the bottle give us a wonderful wine. In a textbook vintage like 2015 we find ourselves in front of an exciting wine; fine and elegant, with typical notes of red fruit accompanied by balsamic hints, in the mouth it is savory, almost salty, with powerful but velvety tannins. A wine that will amaze again in the coming decades.
