Brunello di Montalcino "Vignaferrovia" is the spearhead of Pian delle Vigne, it is produced only in the best vintages and the Sangiovese grapes all come from a small vineyard, one of the best suited in the entire area. Elegant and persuasive wine, it opens on the nose with notes of raspberry and cherry accompanied by hints of licorice and cocoa, which then turn to balsamic tones. Majestic red wine, with a dense but velvety tannic texture well supported by a great freshness and sweetness.
