Massimago's Amarone della Valpolicella is a rich and sustained red wine, it is produced according to tradition, with the union of Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone and a long drying in the loft, followed by a rest of 30 months in barrels of oak and 12 months in the bottle. The nose opens on fruity and balsamic notes, with aromas of spices and licorice as a background. On the palate it is full-bodied and persistent, with a slight residual sugar that gives it softness.
