Profasio is a red wine that can be considered a small Amarone, since the grapes undergo a short drying process in the loft and the refinement lasts for 12 months in barrique and 12 months in bottle. It is produced with Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes and presents itself to the nose with intense aromas of red fruit and spices such as mint, rosemary and black pepper. On the palate it is soft and full, with a tantalizing flavor and a licorice aftertaste.
