Sassi Neri Fattoria le Terrazze, a red wine from the Marche region produced with only Montepulciano grapes. The fermentation of perfectly ripe grapes takes place in steel tanks, and then matures in small French oak barrels for about 18-24 months and 6 months in the bottle to complete the evolution of the wine.
