Barolo Perno Vigna Santo Stefano is produced with Nebbiolo grapes from the vineyard of the same name, in the municipality of Monforte d’Alba. It fully reflects the traditional style of Langa, with long macerations and refinements in large barrels; austere and long-lived, it presents itself to the nose with a very elegant bouquet, with floral notes accompanied by hints of cocoa and tobacco. On the palate it is savory and mineral, an aggressive tannin in the early years that becomes silky over time and a long persistence.
