Grattamacco is one of the reference wines of the Bolgheri terroir, an expression of the typicality of the Tuscan Maremma and composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese. A long aging of 18 months in barrique and 12 months in bottle enriches the wine with complexity and structure, with an aromatic range that initially focuses on red fruits and then changes to notes of cocoa and licorice. On the palate it is harmonious, with a dense and silky tannic texture that makes the sip enveloping and satisfying.
