Verjago Domini Veneti is a Valpolicella Superiore, whose name comes from "Veriacus" which in the Middle Ages indicated the Negrar Valley, the place where its grapes grow. After 40 days of drying and careful vinification, it ages for a year in oak barrels. Structured and complex red wine with aromas of black cherry and intense and elegant notes of vanilla and licorice. On the palate it is warm and soft, with good flavor and a silky tannin that envelops the mouth with a tasty and persistent sip.
