Pactio is a wine produced in the Tuscan Maremma, based on Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet. Refine for 4 months in large Allier barrels, which gives it structure and complexity, balancing the rustic trait of Sangiovese and the more elegant and velvety one of Merlot and Cabernet. The nose reveals aromas of cherry and black cherry, with notes of vanilla and licorice. On the palate it is full-bodied, with strong tannins that make it perfect in combination with braised meats and roasts.
