Cuore di Vino La Botte N. 18 Rosso 2018 75 cl Cabanon
CabanonCuore di Vino la Botte 18 Cabanon, a red wine that comes from the Late Harvest of Cabernet Sauvignon and Bonarda grapes. It is aged in Slavonian oak barrels and after more than two years it reveals its intense and persuasive aromas, the aromas of ripe fruit, plum and black cherry accompanied by the delicacy of vanilla. In the mouth it is soft and warm, with a satisfying sip that ends with sweet tannins and a long persistence.
Cuore di Vino la botte 18 di Cabanon is a balanced and full-bodied red wine, obtained from 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Bonarda grapes with very low yield and harvested at maximum ripeness.
The grapes are fermented in medium-sized barrels in the presence of a certain percentage of vine "shoots" whose contact allows a gentle transmigration of the noble tannins of the shoots to the must. This winemaking technique was devised in France, at the beginning of the 1900s, following the studies undertaken by Dr. Masquellier of the University of Montpellier concerning the beneficial effects of certain tannins in wine, thus the winemaking technique was born for the grapes destined for Cuoredivino La Botte n ° 18 Cabanon.
Aging takes place in 50 hl Slavonian oak barrels for 8 months and in steel for 10 months. Bottling takes place during the second year of refinement and the marketing of the wine will begin after about a year of refinement in the bottle.
Cuore di Vino la Botte n ° 18 has an intense ruby red color. The scents reveal autumnal aromas with delicate notes of vanilla giving life to an intense and enveloping bouquet. On the palate it is full and soft, with a warm and satisfying sip, completed by floral scents that end in sweet tannins with a long aftertaste. A wine capable of evolving in its aging.
This is a wine for the whole meal, which goes perfectly with grilled meats, roasts and stews of meat with mushrooms.
