Pinot Noir Les Cretes is vinified only in steel to preserve the finer and more fruity aromas typical of this grape. A wine of great elegance, with intense aromas of currant and raspberry and a slight hint of leather as a background. On the palate it is full-bodied, with a velvety tannin that gives harmony to the wine, before closing with a long savory finish; to combine with first courses or, if drunk fresh, even with blue fish.
