Malcompare Arnaldo Caprai is a pure Pinot Noir produced on the Umbrian hills. It ages for 2 years in barrique before being bottled and rests for another 8 months in the bottle. The aromatic set is elegant and delicate, in addition to the typical notes of red fruits, complex hints of leather and spices emerge. Powerful on the palate despite a fine and silky tannin, it has a good savory vein that keeps the sip taut and persistent.
