The Taurasi Vigna Grande Cerzito is a one-hectare Cru of Aglianico planted in 2004 on the southern slope of the Quintodecimo Estate on well-drained volcanic soil. After a careful selection of the grapes, the must ferments for 20-25 days at 28/30 ° C. Refinement lasts 18-24 months in new oak barrels. The Riserva Vigna Grande Cerzito is a powerful and elegant red wine, its ample olfactory richness gives refined aromas of cherry, plum and chocolate, incense, mint and aucalyptus. The sip is fleshy and delicate. A long-lived wine, which will wonderfully evolve over time.
