“Aux Damodes” is a small Premier Cru vineyard in Nuits San Georges; we are in the kingdom of Pinot Noir, in one of the most suitable areas in all of Burgundy. Of a clear and shimmering ruby red, the wine opens on notes of plum and raspberry, followed by spicy and balsamic tones. On the palate it is very elegant, freshness, flavor and tannins are perfectly integrated with each other in a sip that is a riot of harmony and pleasure. Pair it with a bitto and bresaola risotto and you will be happy people!
