Amarone della Valpolicella La Giuva is a very high quality red wine, complex, fine and austere. As per tradition, the selected grapes are left to dry in boxes and vinified in December. The must ferments for a long time at a temperature of 24 ° C and ferments in new barriques for at least 24 months. The nose is flooded with fruity aromas of morello cherries (typical cherry of the Veronese hills), blueberries and chocolate.
