Il Rientro La Giuva is a Valpolicella Superiore DOC that expresses the typical characteristics of withering, combined with a unique freshness! The drying of the grapes lasts 30 days, to then ferment at a constant temperature of 22/24 ° C. After malolactic fermentation, this wine is combined in equal parts with the fresh Valpolicella to create the “Rientro” which will be aged for at least 12 months in oak barrels. It opens with aromas of spice with a subtle sweetness, which on the finish remind of licorice and close the tasting "returning", as only great wines do.
