Cuore di Vino is the most representative wine of Fattoria Cabanon, a small company in the Oltrepò Pavese

The Clou reserve of Cabanon Cuore di Vino La Botte n.18 Cabanon is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Croatina that ages a few years in large oak barrels.

In a splendid vintage like 2016, it was decided to set aside a thousand bottles and extend their aging period; Thus was born the Riserva Clou, a special selection that expresses the full potential of this wine.

The Botte n.18 Clou di Cabanon is broad on the nose, ranging from ripe fruit to sweet spices, very elegant and intense; the sip is powerful and structured, with important but silky tannins and a long aromatic persistence.
