The cuvee 15-16 by Pojer and Sandri is a true mountain bubble with great freshness and aroma. It is produced from 65% chardonnay and 35% pinot noir, with first fermentation in small oak barrels and second fermentation in the bottle starting from base wines from two different vintages; the aging on the lees is at least 36 months and the dosage is very low. A Cuvee with a dry taste and good structure, where the more floral aromas of the chardonnay are accompanied by the more fruity ones of the pinot noir and spicy notes.
