The Fuoriserie Rosè N06 is an exceptional bubble, composed of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from 5 historic crus of the Monterossa company, which are vinified separately and assembled later and 20% from reserve wine, then aged 40 months in steel and barrels oak. The bouquet conquers for its finesse and complexity, with aromas ranging from pomegranate and grapefruit to white pepper, with mineral and balsamic tones. The flavor stands out in the mouth, accompanied by a creamy and persistent bubble.
