The Cabochon Doppiozero is a very high level bubble, obtained with 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, coming only from the best crus of the company. The vinification takes place in oak barrels and the refinement on its own yeasts in the bottle lasts 48 months. Roasting notes emerge on the nose, with hints of yellow fruit and honey to enrich the bouquet. In the mouth it is harmonious and balanced, vigorous in its acidity, for a sharp and satisfying sip.
