Giulio Ferrari Rosè has reached its third edition with the 2008 vintage and is already at the top of Italian sparkling wine production. Produced with 30% Chardonnay and 70% Pinot Noir, it is a bubble that requires years of refinement before expressing itself at its best. Fresh notes of grapefruit, orange and strawberry inebriate the nose and precede a fresh and savory sip, with a fine bubble that gives softness and creaminess.
