Franciacorta Berlucchi '61 Nature Millesimato zero dosage is the pure expression of the territory from which it is born.

A Franciacorta from Chardonnay (70%) and Pinot Nero (30%) grapes, coming from the Arzelle, Rovere, San Carlo and Ragnoli vineyards, all with an average age of 20 years.

After a soft and progressive squeezing of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation begins in steel vats and the finest parcels are aged in second or third passage oak barrels, where they mature in contact with the yeasts, which give them greater structure and complexity.

After five years of aging on the lees and at least six months of rest after disgorging, '61 Nature 2014 is ready for tasting.

Berlucchi '61 Nature is perceived elegant and fleshy with a hint of minerality. The nose is expressive and complex, the verticality and persistence on the palate make it a Millesimato with an amazing "dynamic balance".
