Capofaro Tasca d'Almerita, an exceptional Malvasia, fresh in aromas and balanced on the palate. Produced on the island of Salina, in the Aeolian archipelago, the grapes are selected and dried in the shade, to preserve the most delicate aromas without letting the berries burn. Notes of honey and orange blossom are perceived on the olfactory examination, with also hints of exotic fruit and citrus; in the mouth a slight sweetness is supported by a savory and almost iodized vein.
