The classic Colomba (pastry dove) Filippi is the authentic synthesis of tradition and authenticity of the ingredients.

Butter, flour, eggs and vanilla beans are expertly mixed to form an irregular gluten texture typical of natural leavening.

Cubes of candied orange peel enrich and perfume a soft dough with a delicate taste. The glaze is rich and crunchy, obtained by mixing precious “Prima Bari” almonds, sugar and egg white.

The wrapping has been carefully designed to make the good beautiful. Each dove is packaged by hand. The corporate ethics devoted to an ecological and sustainable style can also be touched by hand in the paper and ribbons, obtained from the processing of recycled bottles.
