The Filippi Colomba with apricot has the mixture of the traditional colomba but with something more.

The classic mixture of flour, eggs, butter, untreated vanilla beans from Madagascar, is embellished with velvety and special Piedmontese apricots.

A rich and crunchy glaze of “Prima Bari” almonds hides a heart made even softer and sweeter by many pieces of candied fruit. Naturally colored, incredibly soft and with an even more appetizing and enveloping scent.

Filippi Artisan Colombe are made with simple and genuine ingredients, processed with natural methods that preserve the quality of the raw material.

Pasticceria Filippi uses only sourdough for the leavening of the doves and honey produced by a small local beekeeper to make them even more naturally sweet.
