R.D. Bollinger, mythical Champagne, always able to give great emotions! It is produced only in the best years, prolonging the aging on the Grande Annee yeasts. R.D. 2007 is made up of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay and rested on its lees for 14 years. The bouquet is large and elegant, with citrus notes that blend with spicy and dried fruit hints. In the mouth it is majestic, a fine bubble makes it almost creamy and fills the mouth with its interminable persistence.
