The Vieilles Vignes Francaises by Bollinger is a champagne produced with Pinot Noir grapes from over one hundred year old vines, very few bottles are produced and only in worthy vintages. An incredible champagne, the nose is full and persuasive, with floral and mineral notes, accompanied by currant and blueberry. In the mouth it is sublime, creamy and fresh, with citrus and spicy aromas perfectly integrated with each other. It will certainly surprise the lucky ones who will be able to taste it.
