The Single Malt Sherry Cask Selection is one of the most awarded whiskeys produced by the Taiwanese distillery Kavalan, it is a special selection of single malts aged in ex Oloroso Sherry barrels. It is characterized by a bouquet rich in sweet and spicy aromas that are also found on the palate, with a soft and intense sip that refers to caramel and dried fruit. It closes with a long, slightly bitter finish, which perfectly balances the initial sweetness.
