The Week of Peat is the only peaty whiskey produced by the historic Balvenie distillery. The peat used is very delicate and the smoky and brackish notes are therefore light and perfectly balanced by the sweeter ones of honey and dried fruit typical of the products of this distillery. An exceptional whiskey, aged 14 years, to be enjoyed neat, to appreciate all its nuances, but which can also be used to make your whiskey sour special.

The "Sole" is an Italian Malt Whiskey produced by the South Tyrolean distillery Puni, aged for 4 years, two of them in ex Bourbon barrels and two in ex Sherry Pedro Ximenez barrels which give it a sweet and soft flavor. The scents evolve from notes of exotic fruit and honey to more complex and toasted hints of nutmeg and spiced oak.
