Sauvignon 2018 75 cl Miani
Sauvignon Miani is an intense and enveloping white wine from Friuli, an excellence from Friuli, vinified and aged in French oak barriques, with sweet aromas of yellow fruit and refined notes of sage and aromatic herbs.
Sauvignon Miani is an extraordinarily expressive white wine from the lands where it is grown: Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The vineyards of this Sauvignon are grown in the municipality of Buttrio, in the province of Udine and subjected to the careful attention of Enzo Pontoni, the owner of the vineyard, who lovingly dedicates himself passionately to each of his plants.
This Miani white wine is a pure Sauvignon. After the harvest, the must is fermented in oak barrels and finally aged in French barriques for about a year.
In the glass, Sauvignon Miani is straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. Delicate on the nose, it shows vegetal notes of tomato, citrus and yellow fruit with hints of aromatic herbs such as sage.
In the mouth it is fresh and soft, citrus and with a nice flavor. The body is intense and the character is defined as enveloping and pleasantly persistent.
