The grapes that make up this Dis Cumieris come from Istrian Malvasia vines that grow on gravel soils, rich in clay and with a particular reddish tone conferred by the presence of iron and aluminum oxides, located in the DOC Friuli Isonzo Rive Alte with southern exposure.
The harvest begins in mid-September, once the grapes are harvested, the bunches undergo a maceration process and then move on to the fermentation that lasts 16 days and finally the maturation on selected yeasts for 9 months, which ends after a further 9 months in bottle .
