Jolivet PascalClos du Roy Sancerre AOC Jolivet Pascal, a wine born in the Loire Valley, from one of the most suitable Sauvignon vines in the area. A full-bodied and fresh, aromatic white, with citrus scents of lemon and apple.
Sancerre Clos du Roy is a refined and elegant French white wine produced by the Pascal Jolivet winery, located in the Loire Valley.
It is born more precisely in the Sancerre AOC, from a single vineyard that extends for less than one hectare, on one of the richest and most suitable terroirs in the area, in the municipality of Crézancy. The Sauvignon vines that compose it grow on calcareous soil with southern exposure, subject to a cool climate that influences the character of this wine giving it freshness and delicacy.
The Clos du Roy grapes are harvested and selected by hand, fermentation occurs naturally for a period of 4 months without the addition of yeasts and takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
This Clos du Roy Sancerre by Pascal Jolivet is elegant, refined and emblematic, with a straw yellow color, releases citrus scents of lemon, with notes of apple and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is full-bodied, surprisingly rich, fresh and endowed with a complex minerality.
