From one of the most suitable areas in Italy for the production of white wines comes the Ribolla Gialla di Ronchi di Cialla. The vinification follows the traditional Friulian style, with a very short maceration that enriches the wine with aromas and flavors, followed by fermentation and a brief aging on its own yeasts. The aromatic range is complex and interesting, with hints of fruit and bread crust. On the palate it is rich and persistent, with a creaminess well supported by an acid and savory vein that makes the drink very pleasant.
