Pinot Bianco Rarity from the Terlano winery, is a rich and long-lived white wine, known for its aging of over 10 years and the rich evolution of its aromas; from fruity hints of apricot and wild persimmon to delicate chamomile herbs to complete the bouquet with mineral notes and bread crusts.

Pinot Bianco Rarity 2008, an extraordinary Alto Adige DOC white wine, produced by the prestigious Terlano winery.

This Terlano "Rarità" line is characterized by prestigious bottles of white wines that are very aged and aged for at least 10 years on fine lees in steel tanks, highly appreciated for their durability over time.

Pinot Bianco Terlan is a vine cultivated in Terlano, on slopes between 550 and 600 meters above sea level, facing south-west.

The harvest is done by hand with a careful selection of the grapes, followed by the gentle pressing of the whole bunches and the stripping by natural sedimentation. The process continues with slow temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation, a first refined for 12 months on fine lees in oak barrels and finally 11 years in steel tanks.

The bottling took place on August 18, 2020, for 3340 bottles.

The color is characterized by a bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. The aromas released reveal a wide bouquet ranging from hints of aromatic herbs such as chamomile and lemon balm, alongside the sweet notes of persimmon and apricot and complemented by aromas of flint.

In the mouth it is an extremely soft Pinot Blanc, incredibly fresh and refined, with strong mineral notes and lively acidity. A Rarity with a strong character and which can be remembered for its elegance and depth.
