One of the best Italian Chardonnay, it is produced in Tuscany, in Barberino Val d’Elsa and is part of the private collection of Isole and Olena. Ages 12 months in barrique before being bottled. The aromas are fine and intense, with fresh notes of flowers and white fruit followed by evolving hints of spices and dried fruit. On the palate it is incredibly persistent, soft and of great structure. A white that will give emotions even after 15 years.
